Welcome to Contrada la Cavallina
Contrada la Cavallina is located on the morainic hills at the Lower side of Lake Garda, in the small village of San Tomaso in the outskirts of Lonato del Garda. It was founded in 1973 by Franco and his wife Adele. At the beginning this farmhouse included a horse-breeding with riding activity where guests enjoyed the taste of typical local products, drinks and grilled meats. One year later in 1974 this activity expanded and besides the riding features and the holiday farm resort, some other facilities were added and these new ones made the La Cavallina unique in its kind.
To date, Contrada la Cavallina boasts two farmhouses called Cascina Reciago and La Fattoria, which offer apartments and a gastronomic cuisine of typical products; the Acquatik Park La Cavallina swimming pool park of 50,000 Mq with beach volleyball courts, swimming pools, picnic areas and much more …; the La Piazzetta restaurant pizzeria where you can taste local delicatessen with a good glass of wine, or,pizza; large rooms dedicated to Events (weddings, confirmations, communions, birthdays …) with qualified staff. Thanks to this wide range of activities, the Contrada la Cavallina aims to meet the needs of its diversified clientele, ranging from children to adults and including families on holiday, professionals travelling for business, young people looking for fun and couples craving a relaxing time.
